Eric G. Derry is a third-generation Vermonter and a graduate of both the University of Vermont and Vermont Law School. While in law school Eric interned with the firm as well as with the Office of the Defender General.
Upon Graduating from law school in 2008, Eric joined a small but prominent general practice firm in Lebanon, New Hampshire where he served clients on both sides of the Connecticut River Valley. In 2012, he returned to the Chittenden County area and joined a municipal law firm where his practice focused largely on land use matters.
Eric then joined the firm in 2019. He resides in Burlington with his wife and two children. Eric is a member of the Vermont Bar Association and is an agent for the Vermont Attorneys Title Corporation.
